Yes before it had a 15" under the driveway and would flood the whole side yard.

That's right! Looks like it would apply to Jyaks, more than me, Or the developer! In my case & I've seen many in City Council meetings, City, County, State, claim they can't go onto Private property, Plus private property is not covered by the Storm Water fees! Yet Many times, the home owner Suffers the consequences of work the City or Municipality did, up the street! It's the ol "beating a dead horse" deal.

I did think of it (actually have the burn permit as well). But said brush pile would likely turn into burning +/- 1 acre of my lot in the process. My neighbors already hate me enough.

It gets busy, but it was actually worse a few years ago. The main lake is super busy, but we were off of a separate finger that has a lot less traffic.

He lived in a sketchy ass trailer on the water but you had to go under the low bridge to get to it so no wake boats on his side

Every bridge there is a low bridge, haha. Even my short self can easily stand up and touch the bridge beams as I go under.
 
While waiting on the All Star Race to start, I'll post today's pics!. Here is a Trump supporter, & if you can't make out the tag, it says Farm Truck, & the tailgate emblem spells Hoe! :lol:

Or a motocross track. Whenever I see a nice rolling field like that I imagine myself banging through the gears on a 250 two stroke.
