About to tear into the wiring harness on the Jeep again to install my gauges and curious what y'all like to use for loom. After I did the engine swap and EFI install I used that cloth like tape and am happy with it, but can be kind of a pain in tight spaces and since this is the second time I'm tearing it off curious what y'all's experiences are with the other options.

We use the split corrugated stuff mostly unless there is a specific application.

I used the same stuff. Found a variety pack on amazon of 3 sizes. Smallest is good for 1-2 wires, mid 3-5 wires and the big on… a bunch.

I’d suggest getting the tool to install the wires into the loom. Doing it without can be frustrating!

Also, get the cloth tape to terminate ends and wrap junctions once you have everything routed.

I have taped mine yet as I still need to confirm everything.

I've loosely been following your build thread, but dang that install is clean!

3/4 1/2 and 3/8 are the sizes I found useful

This stuff makes wiring clean and easy. It's also easy to run an extra conductor when you realize you forgot one or need to modify the wiring. I'm OCD about wiring and this is my go to loom.

Thanks. The loom helps to hide the ugly Fo’ Sho’!

Today I spent the morning going back and rerouting and adding my last couple of wires. If I’ve done everything correctly… BIG IF… my engine bay wiring is basically done except for taping the ends and splices and the loom. Waiting until I test everything to do that.
