2003 dodge ram 2500 5.7 hemi nv4500 4x4 which needs a transmission now.

Somehow the tail shaft area of the transmission developed a crack which worsened dramatically on I77, drained all the atf in the trans and destroyed the trans. I loaded it onto a trailer and dropped in the yard last week. I don’t have the time to put yet another trans in another of my trucks. If it doesn’t sell I will definitely swap it out and keep driving it. Anyway…
The good..

-new radiator. Just a cheap one. Nothing special. I somehow manage to break rads on the regular.
-new unit bearings
-new pads
-new u joint in steering axle
-new power steering pump
-newer model steering gearbox
-has a “steering box brace” that goes with.
-new late model ram 25/3500 drag link, tie rod and ends. Much thicker than the factory version. I bent the tie rod so bad that I figured I needed this.
-adjustable heavy duty control arms. Always tend to bend the factory ones on these rams and cherokees I’ve had.
-ac compressor and lines a few years ago. Ac is great. Heat sucks though. The dodge hvac problems are real.
-reman entire front axle assembly from Jasper. Found the receipt in the glovebox when I bought the truck. And has a Jasper reman tag on the axle. Someone put love into this thing
-has newer clutch. Receipt in glovebox as well
-has 2” wheel spacers because of the H1 wheels and tires I was running on it. But I like the factory rims, just looks better with spacers. Has had no effect on bearing life unlike my wrangler and Cherokee which hates the wrong offset wheels
-new poly track bar bushings
-35” Yokohama mud terrains. Truck doesn’t have the 38” super swamper like in one picture. Took them off because bias ply 38s suck in Charlotte metro traffic.

There is probably stuff I’m missing but it’s a 2500 regular can long bed manual trans gas truck. Body has all kinds of dents and scrapes from the woods but no rust except in the bed from a dog box prior owner had in it. It was his hunting truck and far as I could see he bought it new. So the truck has t been passed around and beat except by me. Starts and runs fine.
Took me awhile to find a 03 up regular cab manual truck with the better front axle to use in the hills. I wanted a regular cab manual gas truck. Cummins trucks bring way too much for my budget.
Text if any questions you may have. 3046884258. Wv cell but truck sits in weddington/waxhaw area.
1000$ come get it. I’m in Mon national forest in WV hiking, camping etc. I check cell daily, takes me about 5 hrs to get back to metro area. Text if questions, I’ll answer or call if ya leave a number. If it sells this week I’ll throw in the 4 H1 wheels and 37” Baja TAs but one is bad. Way bad. Non fixable bad.

Thanks all,
Jordan
