1" tube bent

Need a piece of 1 inch tube bent ( 2 bends ), I have a SolidWorks drawing with measurements.

Who can do this and is near Charlotte ( < 30 minute drive ).
 
If you can do it in 1.25 I can do it. That's the smallest I can do
 
He said his die is for 3/4 pipe which he said was a 1.050 OD..... So yes he can bend it. Whether or not he can do it tomorrow...I have no clue but Im pretty sure he could if its not too much.

I need 6 inches add to each end so I can have some material to play with fitment

What material dom,chrome moly , what wall thickness how many do you need I got a good bit of material but need to know what you need
