Trying to remove the stock yoke from a 14-bolt to install a 1410 yoke. Removed the nut, but the yoke won't come off. Do I need a larger hammer, or am I missing something?

got a steering wheel / pulley puller ?

2 jaw could work as well.

If I remember right, the splines are coated in sealer to keep oil from seeping past the yoke behind the nut.

its b/c they are a press fit or should be as they wear they can get loose and they will slide off. you can use a puller that hooks on your straps or ubolts, or take the pinion all the way out and press it off. which is perferred and then you can put a new crush sleeve in it. and set the preload.
