15kv transformers/ neon sign

Any of you electrical guys have 2 of these type transformers laying around? Trying to "restore" an old neon sign. 15kv and 30mA. I found exact replacements on the jungle website for a little over $300 each but I'm trying not to spend that much. I can find a 15kv 40mA one on there for like $80 but don't want to blow the tubes (Google says the higher mA can cause the electrodes to go out) and I don't know enough about neon to try anything other than what it had.
