1979 scout ii spring over axle help

i want to do a spring over axle conversion on my international scout it has the stock axles i have it all figured out except what to do about my spring perch on the passenger side of my front axle any help would be appreciated

What exactly do you mean you don't know what to do with it?

Look on Pirate or Binderplanet. Use the search function, and you're sure to find tons of threads on the subject.

Grind the housing down until it is round, then fab a spring perch, and weld it on.

Dan over at Ruffstuff Specialties keeps spring perches for d44s and the 2" wide scout springs in stock. I just ordered a pair yesterday
