1990 Wrangler needs new motor and drivetrain

We have a 1990 Wrangler with a 4 inch lift, 33's, lights, winch etc. but the stock inline 6 w/169K miles on it is old and underpowered. I want a full new motor and drivetrain installed but have no skills. We are in Mount Airy about 40 miles North of Winston-Salem. Just joined this forum today and looking for some guidance and recommendations so I can join you guys on the trails. Thanks for the help.

What gears are in the axles? If not 4.56 or 4.88 you should start with gears. Look into swapping the rear for a 8.8 and regear it to 4.56 or 4.88. These guys can take care of everything for you East Coast Gear Supply

I don't know enough about them to have a valid opinion. I want more power and this carbureted inline 6 is painfully cold natured so fuel injection would be nice. Opinions?
