1992 f150 steering box. What fittings?

so I got a 92 f 1 fiddy steering box. Flare fittings. Is it metric or standard thread. For the life of me it looks standard but that just can’t be, can it???

Rock Auto says 1/2-20 and 5/8-18 on one of the reman boxes, so that's a starting point for research probably.
