1992 Jeep cherokee head swap

Hello all I blew me 92 jeep 4.0 motor. I am looking at a 98 Jeep Grand cherokee 4.0. can i swap the motor in to my 92 and and swap my 7120 head on to the 98 block since its a better block and is almost new.
