The biddy that cuts my hair has a 92 wrangler that keeps getting air pulled into the slave. Both the slave and master have been replaced over the past 2 years. The plastic line is original. I pulled the roll pin on the master and pulled the fitting out to check the o ring. It's there and I put it back in tight and reinserted the roll pin. Before,I could pull it out against the pin and push it back in with no effort. That seemed to help it and it did good a couple of days but now it's gone back to needing to be bled every day. I just got done bleeding it and sure enough, air came out and got pedal back.
I found a replacement line from Advance Adapters and just told her to order it. Am I going in the right direction with this problem? She isn't loosing fluid that I can tell and what she has been telling me.
Help a brother out...shooting for free haircuts and goatee trimmin here

I've had that connection at the master leak because the fit up was pretty poor with the master and the o-ring on the line. I hate that god damn roll pin set up. I feel like maybe the new line and it's connection will help.

92s still have the internal slave cylinder. You have to drop it to change it. The Chinese after markets from advance or autozone are notoriously crap and don't last. If that has been replaced with a low end cylinder, I would be willing to bet that is where the problem is. Had the same issue and had to drop the tranny twice in 6 months...
