1994 Chevy Suburban

Ok i got a 94 chevy suburban 7.4
the problem I am having is when you go WOT it fails on its face and sounds like the rev limiter is kicking on.
But if you ease into it it Revs fine. It does it at the same place everytime. No SES light No codes. Here is a list of things i have replaced.
Complete tune up plugs,wires,cap,rotor,fuel filter
IAC ,TPS,
We have checked just about everything. Does any one have any ideas

Me and Brett have check every one with starter fuild and carb cleaner, Nothing
Its really hard to explain what it is doing and how it sounds. I will try to get a video of it today.. Been busy my oldest totaled my Crown Vic .... He is ok but car is done
