1998 Dodge ram no brake lights, no power to switch?

I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 diesel, brake lights have not been working for a while, so I looked at them today. No fuse that I can find in the book, also no power is getting to the brake light switch at all, anybody had this problem, or know of a fuse location for just the break lights. All other lights work. Thanks

I'm pretty sure there is a fuse associated with the brake lights. If the fuse is bad then there wouldn't be power to the switch.
