1999 5.7L vortec ('burban)

Came across this motor, although currently have a 93 TBI in a CJ with a 700r behind it. Other than swapping the motor/harness/ ECM and installing the higher PSI pump, what surprises might I find. This was out of a 'burban. I may also get the ignition for the VATS stuff, but what else might bite me? The TBI install was relatively easy, but have not messed with vortec stuff. And ,no I dont want the newer 5.3.
I assume that the motor mounts will be the same and my existing exhaust manifolds will bolt up. Any tips for the VATS and possible multiple O2 sensors?
Any ideas as to performance of this motor?

My wife's 99 burban will spin the tires at will, stock at 140k miles gets 18+ on the highway.
