I've had to replace the blower motor switch on my daughters TJ twice in the last two years and I replaced the resistor once. I just replaced the connector and switch today, what could be causing the terminals to over heat? The blower motor is the only part that I haven't changed, could it be causing these failures or cheap parts?

I had similar in my 99. Replaced the blower and added relays so entire current isn’t going thru the switch. Shitty oem design. Google it and you’ll find diagrams ion the upgrade. It’s a fairly simple job to do all of it. Maybe 2-3 hrs as I recall.
