In the long run you WILL have problems. If you wants 35s, you could look into swapping an 8.8 into the rear and regearing F&R to 4.88s. You will want to upgrade the steering whlie you're at it. Your jeep will always be slow, but the gears will definitely help. The D30 should hold up ok if you don't go too crazy, but the D35 rear will blow. I have been wheeling my 2.5 TJ with 35s for about 2 years and it's not that bad. I can honestly say that I wouldn't want to go back to the Jeep being my DD, but it is doable. I did it for about a year and a half. To get to 35s safely it will cost you a few dollars, but if you take your time and upgrade accordingly, it can easily be done, and you'll have a lot of fun with it. However, stock axles simply will not last in the long run.
