2" Spacers

Looking for 2" spacers that will convert 8 standard 8 lug bolt pattern to 5 on 5.5. Anyone know where I can track a set down? Thanks

also...I've bought a couple sets of regular spacers from him, so maybe he can do them if he doesn't have them listed (he does have some adapters, like 5x4.5 to 5x5.5), but I don't see 8-lug to 5-lug
