Yea Ron it broke down in AZ, but that was just a clutch, that apparently couldn't handle the massive 7.3l power 
The center section of the clutch actually broke, clutch itself was technically fine, the steel part in the center broke. I think it was somewhat common on the 6speeds after 100k miles (mine had about 105k at the time)
