2002 tj frame help

Got a 2002 tj frame to fix after some one hacked a section in the driver's side rear, and its all out of wack, I have looked all over the web cant find any Helpfull info. Dose anyone have one of these frames out ? And would be willing to take some measurements for me, I appreciate any help, Thanks,godbless
