All the normal stuff on the Base model for this year: 2.4L 4-cylinder, 4 speed AT, Power Windows/Locks, Cruise, AC, Single-disc CD, Manual HVAC, Roof Rack, 16" steel wheels. Everything works.

Vehicle was rear-ended in January 2023 and it damaged the rear hatch, cracked the bumper cover, and bent the bumper reinforcement and door sill opening. Insurance deemed it a total loss so this has a newly issued branded "Salvage Rebuilt" title. The hatch and bumper reinforcement were replaced and the door sill opening was pulled out by a body shop. The vehicle has no structural issues or lingering damage from the collision. There are no codes in the computer and it passes all inspections. It maintains a current valid registration in NC. We would have kept this car but the insurance took far too long to resolve the collision issues so we had to purchase another vehicle in the meantime.

The paint has aged and the clear-coat is faded and flaking in some areas. This is a seventeen year old vehicle so some exterior aging should be expected.

Interior is exceptionally clean and had seat covers on most of its life (we transferred them to the replacement car). AC is very cold and has never had any issues. Returns low to mid 20mpg in town and high 20s on the highway. Engine has good power and transmission shifts correctly with no issues.

Maintenance/Replacement Parts Timeline (since around 100k when I met my wife, she bought it with less than 30k on it in 2009 so this is a two-owner vehicle.)
All window belt moldings (bottom weather seals) in 2023.
Battery and starter in 2022.
Alternator (Bosch), serpentine belt, stainless muffler, and new Toyota floor mats in 2021.
One coil pack in 2020.
New tires (Pirelli) at end of 2019 with only ~20k on them.
Rear 02 sensor, lower ball joints, unit bearings, strut boots, and swaybar links in 2019.
One coil pack, plug boot, PCV, and brake light switch in 2018.
Both headlamps and replaced a previously damaged passenger rear door in 2017.

The engine is the infamous 2.4L (2006-2008) that does have oil consumption issues and some leaks. The oil was checked and topped every couple weeks since ~2016 and runs without issues. Was a daily driver until the accident and was taken on long road trips, we had no reservations about driving it anywhere.

Pictures of the damage and repair available upon request. The pictures in the ad are as it is repaired.

Where is it located?
How many miles are on it? (I tried to find that in the ad, but couldn’t see it)

I keep forgetting if I copy the Craigslist ad that it does not bring over certain things. Just shy of 172k. I will edit. It is in Raleigh.
