For sale is a 2010 Acura MDX AWD with 197k miles in good (dare I say very good?) condition. My parents bought the car in 2012 with 45k miles on it and I bought it in 2021 with 140k for my wife's DD and it still runs and drives great. The car has been very well maintained and I have the maintenance records dating back to 2012 for backup. Most recent maintenance (aside from regular oil changes) includes new front rotors in 2025, Pirelli tires in 2024 and new shocks and struts in 2023. I installed a 2" receiver hitch to haul a bike rack and never used it. I installed a Boss double din Carplay head unit in 2021 that can be left in the car in trade for a bottle of your favorite bourbon. Stock radio will be included as well. Clean and clear AL title in my name. There are a few small door dings and a some curb rash on the wheels but nothing I'd consider major. Absolutely no rust as the car has been in AL its entire life.
Edited to add: Looking through service records, it is due for a timing belt and does have an oil leak that I believe to be a rear main seal. I have dropped the price to reflect these needs.
