2010 JK engine “refurb” part sourcing

The kids 2010 has 260k and has been burning oil. Being a 16yo he isn’t easy on it. Recently lost power, many curse words and a broken intake bolt later the heads are off. So we are going to overhaul it.

Any recommendations for affordable parts sourcing? I use Summit a lot, it wondered what else you guys could suggest.

Heads are going to the machine shop. Rings, bearings, dingle ball…. That kinda stuff

I'd ask the machine shop who they suggest for the rings and such. They'll be able to get them cheaper and *should* be able to make sure it's the correct sizes of each
