2012 powerstroke vacum hose routing

Would anybody be willing to snap a picture or two of the back side of the coolant reservoir (just in front of the master cylinder) so I can determine what vacum lines go where?? I have four connectors/nipples on mine. I know one is for the locking hubs but not sure about the others. One is some sort of diaphram. Probably doesn't have to be year specific but somewhere close.
