Ok, so last summer my AC started going out occasionally and then coming back on when I would change speed/stop and go
I'm currently searching for the problem.
Here's what it's doing now. When car is completely cold I can turn on AC and sometimes compressor kicks on along with both fans on Max. Once it gets warmed up maybe 180-85 compressor and fans turn off.
I checked all relays and fuses and all are good. When AC was working for a moment, I hooked up a gauge and low pressure is about 45psi at 85 ambient temp.
Sometimes the AC won't come on at all even when cold unless I disconnect battery and reset.
I checked resistance on my evap temp sensor and it seemed out of whack. I replaced it for $20.
It didn't work
I don't want to take it to the shop but may have to unless someone has a last resort idea...
