2021 Real Lite HS-1806.
It's in great shape and in perfect working order.
It's one of the the lightest weight/biggest truck campers with amenities out there. Only about 2400lbs. Still fine for most 2500's, even 1500HD's. 6' or 8' bed.
I have removed the decals on the side.
Upgrades to the camper include:
Exhaust fan in the bathroom/shower.
Tank water heater, 5 gallon. (tankless water heater sucks if you're operating off the fresh water tank, uses too much water) I added a timer to the water heater so you don't forget to turn it off (pictured) 5 min-60 min on. We usually only run it for 5 or 10 minutes and it's good to go for an hour or two.
We removed some of the cabinetry by the bed because we rather use our bags and put them there. I have it all and can be reinstalled.
Solar panels on roof.
Two new batteries this year.
Soft start capacitor on the A/C unit so you can run it off a little generator.
It has a custom roof rack for kayak/paddleboards/etc.
Absolutely no leaks or major damage.
Only issue on the camper is that the fridge was left open over a weekend and the water swelled some of the wood under the fridge. Just cosmetic and was immediately dried out.
Asking $16,900
Burlington.
We're just ready to slightly adjust how we travel/camper.
