I have a 1987 toyota pick up with less than 7000 miles that uses about one quart of oil per tank of gas. Recently the plugs fouled out and I changed. The #3 plug had lot of oil on it. The truck runs ok, but i believe it will get worse... Here is my situation.......my local mechanic in SC will remove the motor and replace with their warranted long block or i leave the truck with the kannapolis, nc engine rebuilder to remove and install the long block....either way the cost is about $600.00. I would appreciate any comments, advice or insight to my situation. If an email under separate cover is more appropriate, let me know.
