2wd yota question

Just got a Toyota after 45 it has a slight shake and a 55-60 and up it has a very bad shake. Noticed the sway bars out would that be the problem? Not trying to sound stupid just want some experienced help thanks guys!

Steering wheel but it's get so bad the whole truck will shake

Defiantly have to hold the steering wheel tight with two hands

Tires out of balance, out of round, wheel bent. Sway bar wont make a difference drving straight down the road. Sway bar wont cause vibrations. I ditched my sway bar a long time ago.

Could also be worn out TREs or ball joints.
