I am installing a 304 in my 83 CJ7. I now have a straight 6 with a TF 727 tranny. I need help finding the correct flexplate and torque converter to match the 304 and 727. Please help me!

they are the same, At least the flex plate is. if your flex plate will bolt to your converter then you are all good

This is incorrect. They appear the same but they are different balance.
Each AMC engine is externally balanced, they each have a specific flexplate/flywheel and dampner.
Order one for a 1980 CJ with the 304 and 904/999 Tranny. The flex plate will have both bolt patterns for the 904/999 and the 727.

Or jou could use the flex plate from a V-8 powered FSJ as long as it has the 904 or 727 tranny.
