31-32" tires/wheels or borrow for the GTG

Looking for some cheap tires(15") or tires and wheels(5 on 4.5") for the wrangler i'm getting going for the gtg. Must be cheap. I'm not sure where that project is going, so I don't want to dump much.

I'll happily borrow some if anyone has a set laying around:driver:

What size rim? I've got some 33s for a 17" that are in my way and could be had pretty cheap.
