33's on a 15x8

Will 33x12.50x15 fit on a 15x8 rim?

yes. i ran 33x12.50 all terrains on a 15x8 for several years. no problem.

I ran 35X12.5 all last year on 15x8 rim and it worked great the narrow rim holds the bead better I was able to run 7-8 PSI with out any issues.

I think thats whats on my ECORS raceXJ. I've even run 33x12.5 on 7" rims.

I'm running 32/11.50's on my XJ now but before that I was running 33X12.50's on the stock 15X7 Jeep wheels without a problem. I still have the 33's mounted on the 15X7 wheels and I'm going to put them back on during the spring.

15 x 8 is better to run with a 12.5 Tire IMO

if your running a 12.50 tire width then it recommends you using the 8" rim width. like everyone here says. The 8 inch rim is perfect for your tire size...

I had 33x12.50s on some stock wheels just for a couple of weeks and it rubbed like crazy. I can't remember what BS I have now, 3.5-4" or so and no rubbing issues.

Fwiw I didn't try to adjust my steering stops when I had the stock wheels on so it might work if you lose a bit of turning radius.

On the opposite side, Can you run 33x10.50 on an 8 inch rim?

Yeah, but that is about as wide as you want to go running 10.5s.
