could i get by with running a 33x12.50R15 super swamper radial's on my factory yj wheels until i bought me some new one's i have a 4in suspension lift installed.

you may run into some problems rubbing the suspension....

the tires will fit on the wheels just fine...

you could fix it with some wheel spacers, but new steel wheels are actually cheaper...

Greg is right. the tires will fit fine, but the wheel/tire combo would not work very well on the jeep.

get black steelies for less than $200 for all 4

We mounted some 33 12.50's on ZenTree's XJ just to get it rollin and they rub REALLY bad with the stock wheels. I say buy some used wheels but If you cant find any wagons or steelies are ganna be the best bet.

The front tires will rub on the leaf springs unless you adjust the steering stops. Your turning radius will be really bad.

To get an idea of how bad it will be, look at the clearance between your stock tires you have now and the front leafs. In your mind (or using cardboard or something) add the extra width and diameter of the 33x12.50 to your stock tire. Notice how far it will be able to turn before it rubs.

You're gonna pay enough to buy one of the 4 wheels you need just mounting and dismounting those tires... I would hold off till ya get the wheels...
