33's Will they work?

I have a 98 TJ 4 cyl. I have found some 33's that are a good deal and wondering if they would run okay on my jeep. I will have to lift but that was already the plan as soon as the tires I have on there now wear out. So if I bought these would sell the OEM rims and tires. Never had lifted a jeep so looking for advice.

Thanks in advance

agree. so what does that mean in terms of doing it? Is it one of those things I can do with some help or does it require a 4x4 shop?

Unless you have the proper tools, and experience, it's best to have a shop do it. Oh, and the lift is easy. 2" budget lift. Basically just pucks above the springs. And as someone mentioned on the other thread in Newbie Tech, 3.75" backspacing on rims, or they will rub on the frame and control arms. Don't use stock rims for this size tire.
