How bad of an idea? Way too narrow?
39x13.50-17 on a 17x7.5" wheel?

Richard my 39.5x13.50R16 bias Iroks are on a set of 16x7's with a weld on beadlock kit putting them in around 16x8.25ish. If that helps.

36x13.5 on a 15x8 wheel is pretty common, so this should be similar. I say go for it.

Several guys in the club have run 18.5 wide 44 boggers on 8 in wide hummer wheels if that helps any.

well neither really.. I was asking if the wheels they were running the tires on were H1 or h2 wheels.. as to know if they had BLs or not.. but pmed you anyway..
