If you don't care about ride quality and don't plan to actually wheel it you can do the front to rear swap and then all you have to buy are a couple of 3.5" lift springs, two track bar relocators for the front and rear and some longer shocks. That would net you about 3-3.5" or so of lift.
If you're going to wheel it then you'll need some longer brake lines and the track bar relocator brackets will probably cause the factory bracket to rip off of your axles. So your best option there would be to either let your axles stick out one side about an inch or two or buy adjustable track bars. Depends on how cheap you want to be. There's also the option of buying two wheel spacers and putting one on a front wheel and one on a back wheel to make the tires look like they're even.
There's a good write up on mallcrawlin about how to do a front/rear spring swap.
Some ghetto people have actually made shock mount spacers before so they wouldn't have to buy new shocks, which actually worked.
