The two port thing coming out of the intake plenum. The yellow cap was to the steering pump to kick up the idle when needed. The other side goes to the fuel pressure vsv which feeds the fuel pressure regulator. I broke one of the ports while cleaning out today. Need to find a new one but I can't figure out what they call it.
 
Power steering air control valve. I don't know much about Toyotas, but I can spot what that valve is though.

Actually, that's in the wrong place it looks like from Google. That's confusing. Regardless, that's what it is.

So it looks like the OEM valve is usually mounting off-plenum, and that fitting with the red vac cap is the port that went to the valve in the original location. So it looks like someone may have drilled and tapped the manifold for an aftermarket valve and capped the OEM port.
