4.0l block swap

I just bought a 96 xj 4.0 engine with extra holes in #5 cylinder and piston. I know that 96 was when the NVH block was introduced. I have access to a 92 block. Can I use this swap with ALL my engine parts( crank,head ,intake ,w pump, sensors and ect ) and have no ill effects or troubles ??:alien:

I have a 4.0 long block out of a 02 Wrangler with about 103k, was told it ran good when pulled but looks like it needs a timing chain. $200 takes it.
 
Everything will swap right over the engine block I used in mine is a 96 with a 89 Wrangler 4.2L crankshaft. The 02 TJ block has the engine mount bosses in the wrong location.
