4.3L Radiator Question

I got a used rad from a board member, supposedly came from a 4.3L GM application. There are 2 ports on both sides (left and right) for aux connections. I figure one was for the trans cooling lines. What would the other one be for?

oil cooler? I think some s10/blazers had this.
