putting on a 4.5 " lift,i originally had a three inch lift, took the back off, and installed the 4.5" lift, , but did not get time to finish the front today, so it still has the 3" lift on the front, then i had to drive it home.

heres my question.

why would an XJ with 3" in the front, and 4.5 inches in the back, have screwy steering and brakes when it drove perfect before?

wheel turns more then it did, and in reverse, if i hit the brakes, the wheel spins all around and the tires yank themselves sideways

i am planning on doing the front tommorow

ALSO, is it bad to remove my rear swaybar completley?

It might have something to do with the wheight balance......With the back 1.5 inches higher the wheight is more distributed on the front which may mess with the ride and allignment........thats just a guess though
