4l60e no od or d, not sprag

My 4l60e has no OD or D until you put it in 1st and get going then you can put it back in OD and it does fine, you can then come to a stop take back off anything untill you go to P,N,or R. After you go into P,N, or R you have to go back to 1st until you get going once again. I have changed the input sprag, low roller clutch and the shift silenoids with no change. Thanks in advance for any help.
