If you are asking thisquestion, I have to wonder if you are up to the amount of fab work that would be involved, but here goes...

Most setups are full hydraulic.
You would need a rear axle converted to have knuckles, jointed axle shafts, and some type of ram for steering. Also, you would need controls for inside the cab.

Why do you want to go 4W steer?
Have you upgraded all other aspects of the truck and this is all that's left?
 
just buy another truck and mate the 2 cab together. When you need to use rear steer, just switch seats. That way you can see better too.
