6.7 Cummins programmer/ tune question

So looking for some advise on my current problem. Basic info, 2007.5 dodge 3500 6.7, auto, deleted, intake and exhaust. I bought the truck deleted and tuned. I have no idea what tune it has as it was done before previous owner. I put a edge cts2 programmer on it. (Had one on my 02 powerstroke and really liked it) Not thinking I bumped it to level 1 and the previous tune is gone and I have several codes for egr. I set it back stock but the codes still exist. Just looking for advise on which direction to go. Hind sight edge doesn’t support deleting. I’ve seen h&s mini maxx does. Thanks!

Do not buy a H&S. They are out of business so all the ones out for sale have no corporate backing. If it shit the bed you’re in the boat you are right now. Best one on the market that I have heard of (and I ran it on my last 6.7 is the MM3 race me with heads up display. But that’s just my .02.

I’m not sure how out of business H&s is...I’ve read that they went out of business due to federal law pressure but ...new units were still creeping out somehow

Could always get some EFI Live tunes with a CSP switch if it supports trucks that new. I'd think it does. Then just use the Edge as a monitor. StarLite is really good with tuning Dodges and they're very responsive if you ever need tune updates.

Yea I just talked to a buddy who has a switch on his and tunes and his does fine. Defiantly some good options to look into

I have ran an efilive on my last truck and the current one. IMO the only options you have are efilive or mm3. Both are great platforms.

I had efi live, for a cummins I'd buy a Smarty Touch with custom tunes from mm3. That way you get all the gauges you want/need in a display.

The only two that we will use are EFI Live and EZ Lynk. I've personally seen a raceme brick an ECM on a truck just yours.

Look at optimal welding. He does tunes out of Canada and get his reviews on cummins forum. US tunes are hard to find do to epa crackdowns.
