7.3 valve body question

I’m wanting to put a better valve body in my 2000 Ford F-350, I’m looking at either the John Woods or the original Ford performance valve body, anybody had any experience with either one?
 
I had a John Woods in my 01 I had and I couldn't tell much difference in the trans until I put the tuner on it.I put about 150 K on the truck once I changed the VB and added the tuner.Never had any trouble from either one (tuner or VB).I kept the trans serviced and added a 6.0 cooler and a gauge.the truck still had the original trans in it when I sold the truck at 310K and I pulled everything w it.I would do it again if I had a 4R100.
