7.3l Diesel Codes

OK so I am currently in Iraq and my brother took my truck to get fixed and they pulled the following codes.

0381-glow plug indicator circuit malfunction

0683-glow plug control module to powerterain module

0670-glow plug control module

1000-on board diagnostic 2
monitor/drive cycle test not complete

1139-water in fuel indicator circuit malfunction

1316-ingition diagnostic monitor codes detected.

I had a code for a long time but it didn't effect the truck. Now it is running really rough from what he explained. I am not sure where to start in order to have them fix it. Suggestions?

My thought is to replace the Glow plug module, and Cam position sensor. The truck has 185k miles and have replaced the cam sensor once.
 
I wouldn't recommend changing parts from overseas. That seems like a really quick way to spend money. Did you take it to a dealer? What did they recommend?

Throwing parts at powerstrokes will cost you mucho money, find a skilled tech and let them DIAGNOSE it, then fix it
