76 Bronco Duff extended radius brackets?

Do the extended radius arm brackets interfere with the cross member? We have the Bronco down to the frame to weld on the new suspension stuff but the radius arm brackets look like there right where the cross member goes. Unless the cross member bolts inside the frame rails. It was already torn down when we started the project.
 
I think your right about the brackets being right at the cross member but I can not remember how the stock cross member mounts. I do know on the ranger james duff sells a new cross member because of this problem. I will do some checking around on the bronco.

I'm not sure how the Duff's brackets mount, but the cross member does bolt to the inside of the framerail with 8 bolts and does not hang below the rail.
