look at the id tag on the diff if it still has one.

a quick way to have an idea about the ratio # is to jack up the axle and mark the driveshaft and tire, rotate the tire one full rotation and how many revolutions the driveshaft makes will determine the gear.

ex: a lil over 4 driveshaft rotations makes for a 4.11 ratio. a lil less than 4 rotations is 3.73 ratio.
