I will start by saying the truck has a blown head gasket or a cracked head as well as damage from a tree falling on it during the hurricane. I was sitting while I was deciding what direction I wanted to go with the motor issue.
-1996 Tacoma 2rz
-Wiring done by Josh Lewis
-Rebuilt g52 with new luk clutch and flywheel
-Stock dual cases with marlin clocked adapter
-T case E brake but no skid plate or front driveshaft.
-Rear drive shaft is heavy wall but could use balancing, matsuba U joints
-New champion aluminum radiator
-Custom 18 gal aluminum fuel tank where spare was
-Walbro pump on frame with pre filter
-Frame was sandblasted, all holes filled, and painted with rustolum pro
Front axle
-5.29 with spartan
-Trailgear armor and long side gusset
-RCVs and hub gears
-Every bearing is new
-Trailgear high steer arms with 5th stud mod
-Trailgear magnum studs
-Trailgear knuckle gussets
-Trailgear trail safe ball wipers
-Marlin HD inner axle seals
-Trailgear 3” springs and U bolt flip kit
-Bilstein 12” travel shocks
-Tacoma brake upgrade using front range off-road brakets
-New wheel studs
Rear axle
-5.29 open
-Trailgear armor
-Every bearing is new
-GM disc brakes using sky manufacturing brakes
-63” Chevy springs
-Trailgear U bolt flip kit
-Bilstein 14” travel shocks
-New wheel studs
35” cooper discovery stt pros on new black steel wheels
Cage and front bumper are .134 wall hrew tube but as you see cage took a hit.
Warn m8000 with factor 55 hook never made a pull
Aisin fj80 brake master, clutch master, and slave. All brake lines have been redone.
All fuel line is fragola braided teflon lined
I know I’m forgetting some stuff so look at pics and ask questions. I built this to keep and tried to do it right but Mother Nature had other plans. All the parts have 50 road miles at most on them. I just have other projects I want to work on so I’m cutting my loses. Could be made a nice truck or use for parts. Located in Bristol VA 24201. Asking 6k or best offer.
