Looking fo a little experiance here. I have never owned a waggy before, Cj's, Yj's, and a Scout are all I have owned before. It is an 89 narrow track. I am having the motor rebuilt with a mild cam, but nothing crazy. The truck is going to see mostly street use, but some URE, nothing hairy, more of a family trail rig ( wife and 2 kids). I am looking to run 33-12.50r15's on 10 inch wheels. Does anyone have good experiance with a certain lift/company for this set up. I only want to build this thing once. I am not really intersted in hacking it, but I don't mind a "little" trimming.
Thanx

When I had mine I started out with a 4" BDS kit when warn still was representing them. I later did a SOA in the front and fabbed new spring hangers in the rear. RiverBeast on IFSJA.org used to sell a bolt on version of this. I just welded mine on. If I had it to do over I would have done this first. It works out to about 6" of lift and you will need that much to clear those wide wheels and 33" 12.5" tires. If you search this subject on IFSJA.org you will get every question you can think of answered.

I have a 4"skyjacker super lift on my J10 and this spring only kit works great. I would use longer shackels in the front because the stock ones will flip over when it is flexed out.
www.bjsoffroad.com has a good selection and I have not herd anything bad about there lift. a lot of guys on www.ifsja.org use there lift I would ask about It there.
