Trying to make up my mind abt gearing situation lol...
I have a 2dr 92 Tracker sas 5.13s, Samurai Tcase with 6.5.1 gears. I had originally planned just to run the Sami tcase. Or run the tracker transfercase with sami tcase for doubler. Wanting to run 35s max running 33s now and will be for a while. Since I have the Sami axle up front its more of a trail rig than rock crawler. Is it worth running the doubler with another 2.1.1 low gear selection?? Doubler would also make a challenge with rear drive line but I want to build this rig right the 1st time
Thx for any input...pic below is a pic of doubler someone has sent me. Tempting.....

I've got a doubler setup in my Sami and love it. With the exeption of the design of the slip yoke. It's worked out great for some but others, like me, not so much. My advice to you if you go with a doubler, is to try and fab up an intermediate shaft like the stock setup. Every single one of my slip yokes stripped out on the Sami case side, even the one I had cryo'd.

Oh ok. Now I have the original sami intermediate shaft that I was going to get shortened a little then put the slip yoke for tracker tcase and on there end keep the flange for the sami tcase. Any problem with tracker tcase splines? U running lower gears in ur sami case also?
