94 Toyota makes a clicking when turning in 4wd

I was finally able to put the new-to-me Toyota to good use.



After locking the hubs and putting it into 4lo, everything went fine. If I sawed the wheel back and forth though, I heard a slight clicking or popping. Almost sounds like a lunch box locker unloading.

I wasn't able to get any video of the noise, but can if someone needs it.

Any ideas what it could be?

There would have been a hell of a lot more "clicking."

Hm, makes sense. When I had it inspected the mechanic said one of the CV joints might be bad. Guess that's probably enough evidence to confirm it. Thanks.
