95 YJ wiring harness - replacement

I thought it would be a simple swap, but I've run into difficulties. Was told '93 & '95 harnesses were same, but doesn't seem to be the case. Any help/information would be greatly appreciated. Also, where can I buy service manual for YJ. Thanks-

What type of differences ? ( left over connections ,missing connections , ect. ) Could there be a difference between auto and manual wiring ?
